CAFE BREWと同じ通りにあります。
弊社が酒蔵オーベルジュを開業したのは2021年の春。
それまで、弊社に多くの方々が訪れてくださっているにも関わらず、蔵は非公開で、鍋島の販売もしておらず、何のおもてなしも出来ずにいました。
そのため、わざわざ訪れて下さった方におもてなしをしたいと思うようになりました。
それは日本酒の素晴らしさや価値が生まれる「飲むシーン」での深掘りでした。
そこで、日本酒、料理、器が三位一体となり生まれる最高の価値創造です。
この場面でお客様に鍋島を楽しんでいただきたい、という想いからオーベルジュを開業しようと考えました。
また、宿泊者限定で通常非公開の蔵見学も行っております。
実際に造り手の話を聞くこと、醸造の現場を見ることで日本酒の奥深さをぜひ感じて頂けたら幸甚に存じます。
We started the sake brewery auberge
Many admirers of Nabeshima sake visit our brewery. However, we were unable to offer tasting or sales of sake on site. For this reason, we created the sake brewery auberge.
It was a deep digging in the “drinking scene” where the splendor and value of sake are born. (be impressed with the depth) listen to the master, watch the process to truly understand the depth of sake
It is the best value creation created by the trinity of sake, food, and vessels – creation of new value.
Another point is the brewery tour.
Listening to the story of the brewer and seeing the brewing site is to know the depth of sake.
